At Afora Collection, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’ve made our return process straightforward and in line with UK consumer laws.

1. Your Right to Cancel and Return

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return your items within 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

  • Notification of Cancellation:
    To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing via email within the 14-day cancellation period.

  • Return Window:
    Once you notify us of your intent to return, you have an additional 14 days to send the items back to us.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, where applicable.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Personalised or custom-made items.

    • Perishable goods.

    • Items sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear or swimwear) if the seal has been broken.

3. How to Return Your Items

To return your product:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@aforacollections.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Package Your Items: Safely package your items, including a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

  3. Send Your Return To:
    On receiving the email request for returning the product a return address will be provided

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless they are faulty or sent in error.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Deductions: We may deduct from your refund if the item shows signs of use or damage that reduces its resale value.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered:

  • Please contact us immediately at contact@aforacollections.co.uk

  • We will provide a full refund, exchange, or replacement, including covering your return postage costs.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Additional Information

  • Proof of postage: We recommend using a tracked or insured postage service for your return. Afora Collection is not responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Distance selling: This policy is in line with the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations and other applicable consumer rights laws.
